Sunday, April 27th – Sugg Farm

For our April in-person meeting, we will be checking out the Festival of Legends in Holly Springs.

The Festival of Legends describes itself as a fairy festival, which is a bit like a Renaissance faire, but with more of a focus on mythology, folklore, and fairy-tales. There will be musical performances, costumed characters, armored combat displays, and educational activities, as well as a market, food, and drinks. Just like the Renaissance festival, you’re encouraged (but not required) to attend in costume. See the photo above for our usual Renfest costume vibe.

This is a ticketed event; you can buy your ticket in advance here. They run $15-$25 depending on how far in advance you’re purchasing and whether you want a day pass or a weekend pass.
